Today I wasn't planning on working out ....BUT... I recieved a call from my friend Bryce (who trains out of CrossFit NRG) was coming through Cedar City and thought he could hit a WOD before heading to Salt Lake....SURE WHY NOT:-)
So we thought Christine would be fun to play with.....

Again, I can't say I was trying to slaughter the workout...just trying to maintain a "happy-good" feeling.....Way to go Bryce, you kicked ass on the rower today! I love when random phone calls lead to random workouts...good-times:-)
