Threshold Training with 3 intervals of...
- 300m row
- 10 resisted starts to 15ft cone (with a green resistance band around your hips have partner anchor a position 15ft away from cone, sprint to cone and backpedal back to start position...repeat 10 times
- 10 DB Squat Jumps #15 each hand
Rest 5 min
