Warm up: 3 rounds of Cindy
1. Build to a Heavy 1 rep Dead-lift
2. Build to a heavy 2 rep Hang Power Clean
3. Build to a heavy 3 rep Press
4. Clean and Jerk/PP 6 x 5/60rr; pick a wt that you can touch and go...
