1. Build to a 1rm in clean and jerk...don't go too heavy, keep it fast.

2. 3x5 clean and jerk #75 /rest 90sec
3. ring push ups 3 x 10 unbroken
4a.3x 20 double unders unbroken
4b.3x 20 sec row / rest 90sec
