Warm up: 500m Row + Mobility

5 Sets of
3 x Bench Press #135 /10sec
30 x Heavy KBS 1.5pd unbroken/3-4min RR

Note: Little run down and tired...had a strong couple weeks, now feel the body trying to rebound! Bring on the next week!
